Burnbank Bowling Club Consultation
Welcome to the Burnbank Bowling Club consultation website.
Kelvin Properties has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (“PAN”) to Glasgow City Council relating to emerging proposals for Burnbank Bowling Club on Woodlands Road, Glasgow.
The proposals are currently at an early stage and include:
New homes
Purpose-built student accommodation
Enhanced community facilities
Publicly accessible outdoor space

Members of the local community are encouraged to take part in the consultation, view the updated proposals, meet the project team and share their views on the future vision for the site. Please note that the consultation event previously scheduled for 1 September 2026 has been postponed.
A new date for the consultation event has not yet been confirmed. Further information will be published on this website in due course.
